Spanish Potato Omelette (500 g)
Traditional Spanish dish. Round-shaped product made of potatoes, eggs and onions and deep-frozen. No artificial colours or flavourings used. Typical Spanish dish. Approx. average weight/unit: 500 g. Size: 19 cm. Ø x 20 mm. height.
It is not necessary to defrost. Frying-Pan: Remove the bag. Place the omelette in a previously oiled frying-pan with the lid on. Cook each side on a low flame for 5-10 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven at 180/200ºC (392ºF). Remove the bag. Place the omelette in the previously oiled oven tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Microwave: Remove the bag. Oil the omelette and put a lid on. Cook at higher power for 5-10 minutes (time will depend on the microwave power)
