Beef Mini Hamburger
Product made of Spanish beef meat (70%). Size: 70 x 55 x 0.8 mm. Approx. average weight/unit: 27 g
FRYING PAN / GRILL: Do not defrost the product before cooking. Take 6 units out of the bag and grill or fry (frying pan) at 150ºC for 3,30 minutes each side.. Remove the hamburgers, drain and leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
FAN ASSISTED OVEN: Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 240ºC (fan assisted oven). Do not defrost the product. Take 6 units out of the bag, place them on the oven tray and bake for 5 minutes each side. Remove the hamburgers and leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
