Marinated Chicken Finger
Prefried product made of chicken sirloin (70%) coated in a homemade style. Approx. average weight/unit: 20 -40 g.
FRYER. Do not defrost the product before cooking. Take 6 units out of the bag and deep fry in hot oil (180ºC) for 3 minutes 30 seconds until golden brown.. Remove the fingers, drain and leave to stand for 3 minutes before eating. OVEN. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 240ºC (fan assisted oven).. Do not defrost the product. Take 6 units out of the bag, place them on the oven tray and bake for 4 minutes each side until golden brown. . Remove the fingers and leave to stand for 3 minutes before eating.
