Croquette produced following the traditional recipe, made of a béchamel sauce based on cooked
cod (10%) and coated in golden and crunchy breadcrumbs. Ideal for finger food. Approx. average
weight/unit: 33 - 35 g.
Cooking Instructions
Do not defrost before cooking. Deep fry in very hot oil (180º C) for a few minutes. Remove product when golden brown.
