Cooking Instructions
This product must be fully defrosted before use. Once defrosted, do not freeze again.
OVEN: Pre-heat oven for 10 minutes at 180 ºC. Take product out of packaging and heat in appropriate receptacle for 17 minutes at 150ºC
MICROWAVE: Take product out of packaging and heat in appropriate receptacle on high for 6-7 minutes.
DEEP FRYER OR PAN: To fry in hot oil (170ºC-180ºC) for 3 minutes
