Nutrition and Great Taste: SPANISH OMELETTES
Eurofrits has launched a range of Spanish Omelettes for special clients in the catering sector over the past twelve months. They are based on egg and potatoes - a typical dish from Spain - to which we added some extra ingredients, such as onion, bacon, ham, mushroom, tuna, cod or peppers.
Eurofrits sales grew during 2001, especially in the precooked market -l the sector which is particularly important to the company.
We consider that we can provide our clients with a value added service, as we can offer them a full range consisting of more than 60 products, going from French Fries to chicken, beef or fish based products.
Eurofrits sales increased more than 20% in foreign markets (2001 compared to 2000). The key to this growth is the company's ability to provide a wide range of products for both retail and catering.
