Croquette elaborated on the basis of a consistent béchamel with cod and haddock, breaded and covered by a layer of crusty breadcrumbs.
Cooking instructions: FRYER or FRYING PAN
- Without defrosting the product, remove max.6 units from the bag.
- Put the croquettes in oil at 190ºC (the product must be completely covered) fry for 3 and a half minutes.
- Remove the product from the fryer or frying pan, place them on a plate and let stand 1 minute before serving.
