Spanish ham mini-croquettes (our recipe)
Product made of a creamy béchamel sauce with ham pieces , and coated with crunchy breadcrumbs.
Cooking instructions: FRYING PAN
- Do not defrost the product before cooking. Take20 units out of the packing and deep fry in hot oil (190ºC) for 3 minutes until golden.
- Remove the product, drain and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
