Potato, egg, onion, vegetable oil and salt.
Cooking instructions: FRYING PAN
- Defrosting no needed. Remove the bag, oil the product and place on a frying-pan with the lid on. Cook each side on a low flame for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the omelette and leave to stand for some minutes before eating.
Cooking instructions: OVEN
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200ºC.
- Do not defrost the product. Remove the bag, oil the product and place on the tray. Bake at 180-200ºC for about 12-15 minutes each side.
- Remove the omelette and leave to stand for some minutes before eating.
Cooking instructions: MICROWAVE
- Defrosting no needed. Remove the bag, oil the omelette and put a lid on. Cook at the highest power for 10-12 minutes (time will depend on the microwave power).
- Remove the omelette and leave to stand for some minutes before eating.
