Madrid, “Gourmet capital”

Madrid became the “Gourmet capital” for some days this year 2018. The “Hall of Gourmets” one of the most important delicatessen fairs in Europe was being held at the Madrid Exhibition Centre.

The 32nd trade show featured 1603 exhibitors presenting more than 40,000 products and 1,300 new developments. An excellent chance to get first-hand knowledge of the culinary trends that will hit this year 2018 and a “must” event for all the Horeca professionals to attend.

This edition forecast to exceed the 90,000 visitors, generate a direct & indirect turnover of more than €200 million and wide worldwide professional presence. Visitors could get to know the best of the enology and gastronomy from Canada, Chile, France, Italy, Peru and Switzerland (countries with institutional stand) as well as a great variety of products from Germany, Argentina, Belgium, Colombia, Switzerland or Turkey, among many others.

In addition, the exhibition had plenty of complementary activities such as sampling, contests, tastings, awards, product presentations, show cooking, workshops and seminars where professional visitors and especially gastronomy lovers could enjoy, taste and check the quality and versatility of the products shown by the exhibitors.

A chance to get to know the most “premium” gastronomic trends, a growing tendency and hot topic met by Eurofrits by launching different high quality products, such as the ChefBurger range, Croquettes “Our Recipe” and the new Typical Tapas“.

The ChefBurger range has four types of burgers exclusively made of 100% beef meat and 100% domestic origin. To achieve the premium quality Eurofrits only uses chuck and brisket beef meat, the most suitable pieces to get a juicy product of great taste. The types are: The XXL Burger, Veal Burger, Tasty Burger and Iberian Burger.

The range of croquettes “Our Recipe” offers an extra quality in their versions of chicken, ham and cod, while the new Typical Tapas represent “delicatessen bites” for such typical Spanish custom as tapas is.

To highlight The Chicken sirloin in Cajun flavor, natural and exotic equally shared, the Chicken breast pieces in Cajun flavor or the Raclette cream snack, a surprising snack with guaranteed success.
